It is very corny but I think that it totally fits what just happened in Act 3 Scene 3 of A Midsummer Night's Dream. In the beginning of the scene Demetrius was feeling hurt because Hermia didn't love him, in fact she hated him, just like how Helena was feeling about Demetrius. Then Lysander and Demetrius were head over heels for Helena and Hermia was the "ugly" one of the two girls, just like how in the beginning Helena was the"ugly" one. When you think about it reverse roles are coming into play and "the tables have turned".
